REGISTRATION QUESTIONS

How much does the conference cost?

     FULL REGISTRATION: $195

     ONE DAY REGISTRATION: $120

     DEMENTIA CAPABLE SUMMIT: $25* 

    *this is a stand alone ticket and VGCOA registration is not required for purchase

Can I register more than one attendee and pay for them in one payment?
Yes! Register each attendee individually and select MANUAL PAYMENT at the end of each registration. Once you ave completed all of the registrations email VGCOA staff and request and invoice for payment (electronic or by check). Please include the names of the all the attendees that should be included on the invoice. 

Do I need a VGCOA 2023 ticket to attend The Virginia Dementia Capable Summit?
No! The Summit ticket is a stand-alone ticket and can be purchased separate from the the VGCOA tickets. They are all available for purchase on the REGISTRATION page.

 

I want to pay by check - who should it be made payable to and where do I mail it?

Payable to: V4A

CONFERENCE QUESTIONS

Where will the Conference be held?
The Richmond Marriott Downtown - 500 East Broad Street, Richmond, Virginia

Is parking included in the my conference registration?
No it is NOT included, but parking is available at the Marriott, as well as several other city lots near by, 


I have ADA needs or dietary restrictions - what is the best way to handle that?
If you have not already registered, there will be an opportunity in your registration form to identify these things. If you have already registered and did not identify them, please contact VGCOA immediately to ensure your needs are accommodated. 

What meals are included with my VGCOA 2023 ticket?

​We encourage you to bring a reusable water bottle, as water filling stations will be available throughout the conference.

Virginia Dementia Capable Summit

 

Do I need a ticket to VGCOA 2023 to attend?

No, but you must purchase a ticket for the Summit ($25). They can be purchased on the VGCOA Registration page as a stand along ticket.

Are there hotel rooms available for those attending the Summit?

Yes, attendees can use the room block that is also available to VGCOA attendees. More information about pricing and how to book can be found on the LODGING & TRAVEL page.
